4-5 hour overlap with Sydney. Occasional US calls depending on coast, but strictly no permanent night shifts.

Nothing ships without a second pair of eyes
Every change goes through code review. Testing is a dedicated role, with automated coverage for long-term maintenance.

AI-Assisted, Human-Approved
AI writes drafts, people sign off. Paid Claude seats provided. Core skill is critically evaluating AI output, not just producing it.

Transparency here is operational. If an estimate was wrong, we want it corrected while there is still time to act on it.

We run interns and freshers on live client projects from the first month, because that is the only way anyone learns to write software other people depend on. Every intern has one named mentor.
